A top-tier international law firm with a market-leading disputes practice in Scotland is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with one of the firm's most highly regarded litigation partners in Scotland, alongside a well-established and collaborative wider disputes group. The team is known for handling complex, high-value commercial disputes for major UK and international clients.

• Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and general commercial claims as well as space work
• Managing cases through all stages of the litigation process
• Working directly with clients and counsel
• Collaborating with colleagues across the wider UK and international litigation practice

• Ideally 1–6 PQE, though candidates outside this range will be considered
• Strong experience in commercial litigation
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• A proactive and commercial approach to client work
