I’m working with a top-tier Scottish disputes practice that continues to invest in and grow its defender litigation offering, with the appointment of a Senior Solicitor or Associate. This is a team operating at the sharp end of the insurance market, trusted with complex, high-value and strategically significant litigation across Scotland.

The caseload spans a broad range of EL/PL and motor injury work, acting for major insurers, corporates and public sector clients. The work goes well beyond routine claims handling. You’ll be involved in matters that demand strong technical ability, confident decision-making and commercial judgement — cases where strategy genuinely shapes outcome.

You will have the autonomy to run your own files while also collaborating on more complex and high-value matters that will stretch your experience and sharpen your litigation skillset.
