Are you an experienced conveyancing professional looking for a fresh challenge — or a newly qualified legal professional ready to build your career in commercial property?

We’re hiring a Conveyancing Specialist to join FNZ’s Technical Commercial Real Estate team. This role supports commercial property transactions within a SIPP and SSAS pension framework, offering the opportunity to apply your legal expertise in a dynamic, collaborative and highly regulated environment.

Whether you bring years of experience or are newly qualified and ready to grow, we provide training and development to help you succeed.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in reviewing and progressing commercial property transactions, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Working closely with our in-house property administration team, you’ll manage legal documentation, support due diligence and help maintain high standards across property matters within a pension scheme environment.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Receive, review and process legal documentation relating to commercial property transactions
  • Support due diligence and case reviews within a SIPP/SSAS framework
  • Ensure regulatory and legal standards are upheld across all transactions
  • Liaise with solicitors, licensed conveyancers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in progressing transactions efficiently while managing risk and compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

This role is suited to someone with a strong foundation in property law who enjoys working with detail and takes pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes.

We welcome applications from:

  • Experienced conveyancers or commercial property specialists seeking a new environment
  • Newly qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives
  • Paralegals with strong commercial property exposure looking to step up

You’ll ideally have:

  • Knowledge of commercial property transactions
  • Experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Paralegal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach

Experience with SIPP and/or SSAS pension schemes is advantageous but not essential — full training will be provided.
