• Work on the full lifecycle of major residential developments, including strategic land acquisitions, site assembly, development agreements, infrastructure arrangements and disposals.
• Advise on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes, often involving complex land structures and long-term development strategies.
• Collaborate with planning, construction and finance teams to understand the broader commercial context of major development projects.
• Operate within a collaborative team environment with mentoring and professional development emphasis, providing meaningful responsibility and early client exposure.

• Associate or Senior Associate (4–6 PQE).
• Experience in residential development and related sectors, with the ability to handle complex and high-profile projects.
