Paralegal Supervisor - Real Estate

Location: Sheffield, Manchester, Edinburgh or Glasgow
Salary: up to £51,200 per annum

Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home

We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal Supervisor to join its Legal Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Real Estate experience who is looking to combine their technical knowledge with people management and team leadership.

You will supervise a team of Paralegals and Senior Paralegals supporting a major client across a high-volume portfolio of real estate transactions.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and allocating incoming work across the team.
• Providing day-to-day guidance and support on Real Estate matters.
• Reviewing work to ensure consistently high standards and accuracy.
• Managing workflow, deadlines, trackers and matter management systems.
• Coaching and developing Paralegals and Senior Paralegals.
• Supporting onboarding, performance reviews and ongoing development.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Supporting utilisation, time recording and WIP management.

• Minimum 2 years' Real Estate experience within a commercial law firm or in-house legal environment.
• Previous supervisory/team management experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate transactions and property documentation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Confident managing a busy workload and competing deadlines.
• A proactive and supportive approach to developing others.
