This is an excellent opportunity to move beyond routine conflict checking and become involved in more complex, commercially sensitive matters. You'll work closely with lawyers and partners, helping the firm navigate potential conflicts while balancing regulatory requirements with excellent client service.

About you?
  • Previous conflicts experience within a commercial law firm (NEEDED)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Sound commercial judgement and the ability to assess risk effectively
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and complex workloads
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused approach

Experience using Intapp and Security Policy Manager would be advantageous, but it isn't essential

What's in it for you?
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
  • Annual firm-performance bonus
  • Private medical insurance and access to private and digital GP services
  • 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Two paid volunteering days each year
  • Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities

  • The opportunity to handle complex conflicts matters and work directly with lawyers and partners
  • Scope to mentor others and develop into a recognised subject-matter expert
