You’ll manage a varied caseload of contentious probate matters, including:

• Will and inheritance disputes
• Inheritance Act claims
• Trust and estate disputes
• Capacity and validity challenges
• Executor and trustee disputes

As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements:

• 8+ years' PQE with extensive contentious probate experience
• Strong technical expertise and confidence managing complex matters independently
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• A collaborative approach with an interest in mentoring others
