Service Care Solutions are currently working with a well-established and growing Scottish law firm that is looking to appoint a Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join its expanding Litigation team.
Your work is likely to include:- Housing litigation and repossession proceedings
- Debt recovery
- Civil Sheriff Court matters
- Court of Session work
- Alternative dispute resolution
- Advising social housing providers and other clients
You’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload while having access to support from experienced colleagues when required.
About YouWe’re looking for a 2+ PQE Solicitor with solid civil litigation experience who is keen to take the next step in their career.
RequirementsYou should have:
- Experience managing your own contentious caseload
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with clients and providing clear, commercial advice
- Advocacy experience or strong advocacy potential
- The ability to work independently
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support more junior colleagues
- Genuine ambition to develop your practice and progress
