This is a great opportunity to build real estate experience within the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

What you’ll do:

  • Support land acquisitions and renewable energy projects by assisting with option agreements and property transactions.
  • Help negotiate and document servitudes, wayleaves, easements and other land rights required for project infrastructure.
  • Assist with property due diligence for acquisitions, financings and other business transactions.
  • Prepare draft real estate documents, including leases, licences, deeds and other property‑related agreements.
  • Manage property registrations and post‑completion activities, liaising with relevant authorities to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaise with landowners, agents, surveyors and internal stakeholders, responding to property‑related queries and supporting the wider Legal team.
  • Handling personal and commercially sensitive information in line with the Company’s confidentiality, legal privilege and data protection (UK GDPR) obligations
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a paralegal or legal support role, with a focus on real estate or property law.
  • Experience reviewing titles, conducting property searches, and managing Land Registry or Registers of Scotland applications.
  • Good understanding of real estate documents, including option agreements, land acquisition agreements, servitudes and wayleaves.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well‐organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Discretion when handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Experience with in the renewable energy sector would be an advantage.
  • Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal status (or working towards accreditation) is desirable.
What we offer:
  • Private medical care with Bupa (household included)
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • EV salary sacrifice scheme + cycle‑to‑work scheme
  • 30 days’ annual leave inclusive of Bank Holidays to start, increasing with length of service, plus additional leave over the Christmas period
  • Access to free, confidential counselling and other wellbeing resources through our Employee Assistance Programme
  • Life assurance scheme at 6x salary
