This is an opportunity to join a highly successful corporate team with a leading UK practice to work with UK and International clients working a high-ranking corporate team. The role will work closely with a specialist Partner and will advise on corporate matters across a range of sectors including: technology, life science, energy, FMCG and financial services. Corporate matters will include:

Joint Ventures;
Commercial Contracts. Candidate Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with 1+ years PQE, ideally with a background in general corporate or corporate finance. Strong communication skills and able to manage a varied workload of corporate transactions. On
