DWF in Glasgow or Edinburgh is seeking a Pre-Litigated Paralegal to support our Major Injury & Casualty team on insurers’ pre-litigated claims from inception to resolution.
Essential: 6+ months’ paralegal experience and Scotland law knowledge. Experience in fraud, motor, road traffic accidents, personal injury or large losses is advantageous. You will liaise with clients, insurers and third parties and help with evidence gathering and settlements.
