JINGDONG Logistics is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to coordinate daily outbound operations across B2B and B2C channels, plan workloads, and manage labour across multiple outbound scenarios in a fast-paced 3PL/e-commerce environment. You will lead Team Leaders, ensure SOPs and health & safety, and collaborate with inbound, inventory and transport teams to maintain on-time dispatch and KPI targets.
Experience with WMS is preferred; strong planning, communication, and problem-solving are
