• Routine PPM visits and reactive repairs (when required) to electrical services assets (Internal, External and Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards) and carrying out meter readings etc.
• Weekly sprinkler system bell testing. Daily / Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switch rooms, Roof Areas and Car Parks.
• Plant room status and cleanliness checks.
• Accompanying sub‑contractors around site for PPM/reactive works, when instructed to do so.
• Operate a tablet device in conjunction with ECG’s CAFM system ensuring all PPM and reactive tasks are completed timeously.
• Develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders to enhance the professional reputation of ECG, whilst protecting the clients brand.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations Director, Technical Services Manager, Compliance Team and Security Team.

• Experience operating in the private FM sector.
• Solid understanding of SFG
  20 service specification.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Self‑starter, able to work on own initiative as a conscientious team player.
• Organised communicator with strong inter‑personal skills.
• High level of verbal, written and numeric skills.
• To be highly flexible in accordance with the challenging demands of a “World‑Class” Retail and Leisure destination.
• Retail Destination / Shopping Centre experience (desirable)

• City and Guilds/NVQ/SVQ:
  Level II/III – 18th Edition Electrical Installations 2382 (BS7671)
• Inspection and Testing 2391‑52 (desirable)
