HousekeepingAssistant Contract
- £12.71 per hour
- Either 30 hours per week or Bank contract available
- Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Creating a warm, clean and welcoming environment is an important part of helping residents feel comfortable and truly at home, and as a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a valuable role in maintaining the high standards that support daily wellbeing and overall quality of life throughout the home.
Working as part of the wider team, you will help maintain excellent standards of cleanliness across resident bedrooms, communal areas and shared spaces while ensuring the home remains organised, safe and welcoming at all times. Alongside supporting daily housekeeping routines, you may also assist with laundry services, helping ensure clothing, bedding and personal belongings are handled carefully and returned promptly to residents.

What Matters Most- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining excellent standards
- Understanding of hygiene, infection prevention and health and safety procedures is beneficial
- Ability to support both housekeeping and laundry responsibilities where required
- Reliable, hardworking and professional approach with pride in maintaining a well organised environment
- Positive attitude and understanding of the importance of comfort and resident wellbeing
