Abbeyfield Living Society in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative at Bradbury House, Gosforth. The role is part-time permanent with 10.5 hours per week (Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00–15:15) and a pay rate of £13.39–£13.49 per hour.
You will perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and checks on structure, infrastructure, and equipment. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and well-kept living environment
