Occasional weekend work depending on business needs

Please note:

During school holiday periods, shifts for 52-week contracts may change to morning and afternoon working patterns rather than evenings.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our friendly team at Edinburgh Academy Senior School.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the school, helping to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for everyone.

What You’ll Do

Clean classrooms, corridors, and shared school spaces to a high standard
Use cleaning equipment safely (full training provided)
Follow daily cleaning routines and schedules
Work as part of a friendly and supportive team
Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

What you’ll bring:

Reliable, positive, and proud of your work
A team player who can also work independently
Good attention to detail
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
