Location: City of Edinburgh
Caretaker for Bathgate Primary Care Centre
Bathgate Primary Care Centre—an NHS Scotland facility—applies for a part‑time caretaker. The role is essential for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and patients.
Working hours
:
Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
Part‑time role
:
Salary will be pro‑rate. Vacancy may close early when sufficient applications are received.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing general security and ensuring the premises are safe.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks throughout the centre.
- Gardening and maintaining grounds to a high standard.
- Ensuring that the premises remain clean, well‑kept, and comfortable for staff and patients.
Additional requirements:
- Legal permission to work in the United Kingdom.
- Post holder must have a PVG Scheme membership/record (or must apply if not currently a member for the required regulatory group).
