Apex Hotels in Edinburgh is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance for the hotel’s fabric, plant and systems. You will manage a team of on-site Maintenance Technicians and utilise the CMMS to keep records, schedule work, and ensure safe working practices.
We require at least 3 years of supervisory experience in building maintenance, a mechanical or electrical qualification, and solid knowledge of HVAC/MEP systems.
