We are currently recruiting for a full time and a part time cleaner to join our cleaning team. The full-time role is 35 hours per week, and the part-time role is 11.6 hours per week.

Our cleaning team plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of both our public and back of house areas. This hands-on role involves a variety of physical tasks, including bending, lifting, operating cleaning equipment, and working at height using ladders. To be successful in this role, you will have at least 6 months' experience in a cleaning or similar position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning duties that are in keeping with the standards expected of a national organisation. These duties include activities that involve manual handling, bending, stretching, laundry, the use of chemicals, basic maintenance of equipment and working from ladders.

  • To help at meetings and events including setting up and clearing refreshments/ catering.

  • To keep others safe by adhering to health and safety procedures and carrying out risk assessments as you work.

  • To check and report signs of pest infestation or damage to the fabric or furnishings of the buildings.
