ATA, a Midlands-based food manufacturing group, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two close-by sites near Leicester. The role combines hands-on electrical maintenance with leadership of a small engineering team, reporting to the Head of Engineering.
Based on a dayshift, permanent position with a 60k salary plus benefits, you will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across sites, mentoring engineers and apprentices while ensuring production objectives are met.
