The estate comprises eight properties on six sites in Edinburgh and Glasgow, three of which are listed and one of which is “one of the most significant Scottish public buildings of the 1980’s.” The spaces that you will look after range from reading rooms to conservation studios, digitisation suites to offices, a box making facility and of course two hundred kilometres of shelving that stores the National Collection.
