LOCATION: To work between various locations in Edinburgh area from Gyle Citycentreand Fort Kinnaird

CONTRACT:
Permanent 20 hours per week

PAY RATE: 13.45 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaner to join our team in Cleaning offices/Retail and shopping centres for prestigious Client includes washrooms kitchens venuehalland any surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Hoovering/mopping cleaning washrooms and kitchens

- Carrying out deep cleans asrequiredand using buffers and carpet cleaner straining provided

- Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly

- Removing waste replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages)

- Customer Service as working along Client and Clients staff

Person Specification:

- Must be well presented and good communicator

- Must have a can-do attitude and polite and approachable demeanour

- Hardworking and proactive good timekeeping and attendance record

Essential

• Previous cleaning experience preferred with focus on unsupervised work and prioritising workload

• Strong customer service/care and leadership skills

• Problem solving and time management skills desired

• Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative

• Flexible and proactive attitude essential

• Understanding & knowledge of health and safety policies

• Needs torepresentABM values on site by being presentable uniformed and helpfulat all times
  
  Willing to go the extra mile

• Always follow Company Policies and procedures

• Ensure that the work environment and equipment are safe and well maintained

• Identify and correct hazardous conditions
