Applications are invited by the Headteacher and Governing Body for a permanent Caretaker. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security of our school premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
You will be expected to:
- Maintain the cleanliness of the school premises, including classrooms, corridors, and playgrounds.
- Ensure the school is safe and secure by monitoring access to the premises and reporting any issues or concerns.
- Support the school's operations team with various tasks and projects.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school policies.
