Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Edinburgh Up to £43,000 per annum Permanent - Full Time Benefits package Tired of the same routine in the workshop? We're recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic to join a growing automotive operation based in the Edinburgh area. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys diagnostics, problem-solving and delivering high-quality repairs. You'll be working within a professional environment where attention to detail, technical knowledge and quality workmanship are valued.

The Role Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues Repair and replace defective vehicle components Conduct inspections and safety checks Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales Maintain accurate documentation and job records Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic Experience gained within a dealership, repair garage, vehicle manufacturer or fleet environment Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems Experience using diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship Desirable NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification MOT Tester licence Hybrid or EV experience High Voltage certification Manufacturer training or accreditation What's On Offer?
