We’re really excited to be looking for a Scheme Cleaner
to join our busy frontline team, supporting our communities across the Alton area and working from our Horndean and Ham Barn offices. In this role, you’ll play an important part in helping us deliver a service our customers can truly feel proud of.

At Abri, we know that a clean, safe, and welcoming environment makes a real difference. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Independent Living communities, ensuring our communal spaces are always tidy, well maintained, and feel like home.

No two days will be the same – and that’s what makes this role so rewarding. As part of this role you’ll be;

• Taking pride in keeping our communal spaces clean, welcoming and a place our customers enjoy spending time
• Noticing the little things that make a big difference, and making sure everything looks its best
• Building friendly, positive relationships with customers and responding to their feedback with care
• Using simple technology to log your work and keep everything up to date

We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work and enjoys making a difference to people’s daily lives. As well as feeling confident communicating with customers in a friendly, respectful way.
