We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Cleaner/Housekeeper on our Edinburgh Schools account at Firrhill High School, 9 Oxgangs Road North, Edinburgh EH14 1DP
.

Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–9:30pm

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our services are delivered to a high standard with minimum disruption to the day-to-day operation of schools.

• Provide a high-quality cleaning service that meets our contractual requirements.
• Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for building users.
• Control stock levels and order consumables when required.
• Operate cleaning machinery safely and in line with the training and guidance provided.
• Help ensure health and safety standards are achieved across the contract.
• Support local and business zero-carbon programmes where appropriate.

• A highly organised, responsible and efficient approach, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• A positive work ethic and willingness to learn and support others.
• Experience of using cleaning chemicals and machinery safely.
