The Role
 
As the Electrical Services Manager, you will:
 
Plan and schedule all planned preventative maintenance activities using the Maximo system.
Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for cost-effective services.
Ensure timely response and corrective actions by all teams and subcontractors.
Conduct regular performance meetings with staff and partners to discuss maintenance standards.
Maintain safety standards across all facilities and electrical systems.  You
 
To be successful in the role of Electrical Services Manager, you'll have the following skills and experience:
 
Recognised Electrical qualifications.
Previous management experience in healthcare environments.
Project management experience in live-working settings.
Familiarity with HV systems and permit to work procedures.
Excellent communication and flexibility in work situations.
