District Manager, Management

Overview

Your mastery of human relations and employee management, together with your charisma and natural authority make you the District Manager we are looking for. You will be responsible for recruiting, coaching and managing a motivated team of high‑performing property managers. Men and women who share your dynamism and benefit from your solid experience as Regional or District Manager in retail, hotel and restaurant, or other service sectors.

• Recruit, coach, and manage a motivated team of high‑performing property managers.
• Guide staff in daily work to meet customer demands and solve problems following Shurgard's quality processes.
• Achieve and exceed monthly objectives, encouraging initiative and responsibility.
• Promote customer service, flexibility, collaboration, and a constructive work climate.

• Experience as a Regional or District Manager in retail, hotel, restaurant or other service sectors.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum level of education:
  Bachelor's degree.
• Business acumen, rigor, and initiative to hit monthly objectives.

Salary range: €57,000.
