Description

Oversee the daily operations of care services, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Manage and support care staff to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure all records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor the quality of care provided.
Work closely with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Handle staffing, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Profile

A successful Registered Care Manager should have:

Job Offer
