Job Overview

Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking a full‑time (35 hours) Technical Inspector to join our busy Property Services team. The role focuses on ensuring the delivery of responsive, effective, and efficient property services across our portfolio of over 1,000 tenanted properties.

• Ensure the delivery of responsive, effective, and efficient property services.
• Carry out a range of technical services, including void inspections.
• Monitor both reactive and planned maintenance activities.
• Provide customer‑focused services and maintain high‑quality responses.
• Prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Report to the Property Services Manager.

• Experience prioritising tasks within a busy environment.
• Commitment to customer‑focused service delivery.
• Background in technical property inspection or related field preferred.

Salary: EVH Grade 7 £ 42,707 – £46,895. Essential car user allowance £1,795.

• Flexi time working.
• 25 days annual leave plus 15 public holidays.
• Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Hours:

35 hours over 5 days. Office hours Monday to Thursday 9:00‑5:00, Friday 9:00‑3:30.
