Contract Manager; FTC

Job title: Contract Manager (6/7 Month FTC)

Location: West End, London

Terms: FTC contract, Full time - 40 hours per week

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £60,000 + company car allowance (5k) & 20% bonus

Requirements:

• Technical background desired but not essential
• Experience working as a Manager for an FM company

About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager working on a commercial contract based in London's West End. This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is currently looking to add an experienced Contract Manager to their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 10 including a Technical Supervisor and M&E Engineers
• P&L accountability
• Manage all technical issues
• Manage agreed KPI and SLA's
• Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site
• Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works
• Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
• Recruitment of any new staff required on sites
• Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals
• Management of client relationships on a daily basis
• Management of all reports
• Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue
• Responsible for the permit system
• Strong technical engineering understanding

Candidate requirements:

• Client-facing experience
• Experienced Manager within FM - Technical Services
• Experienced in managing P&L
• People Management, Good Leader
• Technical Background in M&E
