Business Systems Exams Officer

Full time 36.5 hours per week, full year contract

£28,885 per annum

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Business Systems Exams Officer to join our friendly team!

• To be responsible for administration and organisation of examinations and external tests
• To be responsible to the awarding bodies for the fair administration of the exams within the regulations of the JQC and QCA
• To keep the organisation up to date and appraised of changing external requirements
• To administer and support the business systems within the trust
• To be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting students and staff through the examination process
• Primary contact between Treloar’s and all the external examination bodies

• 5 GCSEs at grade A-C level (or equivalent) including English and Maths
• Be experienced in using Microsoft Office & using databases (ideally experienced in using educational MIS)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage workload, and ability to work under pressure
