Senior Manager – Insurance & Sustainability Risk | Global Consultancy | Edinburgh or Glasgow

A leading global consultancy is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Insurance and Asset & Wealth Management practice, focusing on regulatory, reporting and sustainability change.

This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond maintaining the status quo. There is real scope to shape how clients respond to emerging standards, contribute to new service lines and build a profile in a genuinely fast-moving market.

You will work as a trusted advisor to financial services clients, helping them navigate regulatory and sustainability change across reporting, controls and governance. That means leading multi-disciplinary engagements, guiding project teams and translating complex requirements into clear, practical advice for senior stakeholders.

The role is based out of either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis, three days a week in office. Base salary up to £95,000.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

• Experience in financial and/or sustainability reporting within financial services
• Practical exposure to TCFD, CSRD, SDR and an understanding of ISSB standards
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and communicate them clearly to varied audiences
• Experience with controls, assurance and reporting processes
• Familiarity with technology enablement, such as Workiva
• A track record of leading teams to deliver multiple projects to a high standard
• ACA qualification or equivalent, including international candidates who qualify through experience
