M&GPrudential is seeking a Distribution Performance and Transformation Lead for a 6-12 month fixed-term contract to oversee the design and implementation of the Management Operating System (MOS) across UK Distribution. The role will focus on optimizing processes and enhancing performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in UK Distribution and be capable of delivering performance improvements while managing sales teams to meet ambitious growth targets.
