Location: Edinburgh
Pay Rate: £21.56 per hour
Hours of work: 36 hrs per week

Looking for your next facilities management challenge? We're recruiting a Facilities Team Leader to oversee facilities services across schools, offices, community centres and other public buildings throughout Edinburgh.
Please note: PVG Membership required (£59 new application / £18 update)
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate facilities management services
- Manage contractors and in-house teams
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures
- Drive service improvements and resolve issues
- Maintain asset records and provide operational updates
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Facilities management leadership experience (desirable)
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Proactive, organised and solution-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
