Full Time, Part Time or Jobshare – 36.75 hours per week

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 8pm - 6am

£26,945.10 - £29,066.31 per year (Plus an additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am)

Night Stock Flow Team Leader responsibilities include managing overnight stock flow, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and developing solutions to support growth.

Think differently about how we insightfully ensure our customers receive the right products at the right time. Work across shift to maintain accurate stock levels, collaborate with technology, and make decisions that enhance performance and safety.

We look for a great communicator who can think clearly and plan effectively, even under busy conditions. The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and enjoys simplifying processes. They are capable of developing and directing teams, ensuring everyone understands their tasks. Flexibility to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is essential.
