Location:
Edinburgh Pay Rate: £21.56 per hour Hours of work: 36 hrs per week Fixed Term Looking for your next facilities management challenge? We're recruiting a Facilities Team Leader to oversee facilities services across schools, offices, community centres and other public buildings throughout Edinburgh.
Please note:
PVG Membership required (£59 new application / £18 update) What You'll Do Lead and coordinate facilities management services Manage contractors and in-house teams Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures Drive service improvements and resolve issues Maintain asset records and provide operational updates What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Facilities management leadership experience (desirable) Strong communication and IT skills Proactive, organised and solution-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Apply today to be considered.
