Lead and grow an already successful supported accommodation provision Maintain and build on the Outstanding Ofsted rating Develop and strengthen local authority partnerships Drive occupancy, pricing, and commercial performance Identify and launch new services, locations, and opportunities Lead and develop a strong, established management team This is a role where youll have real influence over direction, growth, and outcomes not just day-to-day operations.

What were looking for Strong senior leadership experience within an Ofsted-regulated environment, such as supported accommodation, childrens residential care, leaving care or semi-independent services Previous experience as a Registered Manager / Registered Service Manager , with a solid understanding of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 (or equivalent regulatory frameworks) Proven success in leading Ofsted inspections , with a track record of achieving positive outcomes and maintaining high standards Experienced in developing and managing relationships with local authorities , including commissioners, placement teams and wider stakeholders The opportunity This is a rare chance to:
