Overview
The Regional Head of Wealth Advisory will support and lead the team in providing exceptional advice and service to clients.
Responsibilities- Building our profile, reputation and engagement internally and externally
- Supporting our continued growth as a business through advising and servicing both new and existing clients
- Leading the team to meet our objectives of growth
- Supporting the Financial Advisers in providing outstanding advice and service to clients both through initial and on‑going advice
- Leading in the building of the profile of Isio Wealth Planning and Isio in the region, supporting the Financial Advisers in networking and engaging internally and externally
- Ensuring Isio Wealth Planning is an established, credible and integrated part of the proposition that adds value to both introducers and clients
- Ensuring all advice is compliant and meets the high standards we are reputed for
- Being responsible for the performance and management of the team
- Contributing to, and on occasion leading, key committee meetings, including the Investment Committee and the Operations Committee
- Working closely with the Training & Competency Manager to identify training and development needs and support the implementation of business plans across the team
- Collaborating with other service lines to encourage cross‑selling opportunities across mutual clients and professional connections
- Maintaining a strong presence of the Wealth service by attending national and local team meetings and representing the function within the wider business
- Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure processes and change initiatives are effectively adopted, and supporting transitions and new developments
- Extensive management and leadership experience within the Wealth Planning Industry, backed by a curious and rigorous mindset
- Experience managing and developing a team of advisers in the financial planning sector
- Technical competence in financial planning, ideally Chartered Financial Planner, with extensive experience in a financial planning or wealth management business
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business
- Experience in business development and building an established network of external firms that introduced potential clients
- Demonstrated highest standards of client advice and service
