About the RoleHead Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with an established business change consultancy to support their search for an experienced Senior Engagement Manager with Construction expertise.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will lead complex transformation engagements
, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful, lasting change.
You’ll operate at the heart of client organisations—
owning delivery, shaping strategy, and leading teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Leading end-to-end delivery of transformation and business change programmes
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders
- Managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Designing and structuring engagements (scope, approach, resourcing, commercials)
- Identifying risks, resolving issues, and maintaining delivery momentum
- Facilitating workshops, steering groups, and executive discussions
- Driving real organisational change
, not just process or technical delivery
You’ll likely come from a consulting or transformation background with a strong track record of leading change within the Construction sector.
- Leading complex projects or programmes end-to-end
- Managing senior stakeholders and client relationships

- Leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
