Reporting to the Regional Director, you will act as a trusted partner to Home Managers, providing hands-on support, strategic guidance, and leadership across all aspects of care, compliance, and commercial performance. You will be a consistent and credible presence across the region; someone who leads from the front, brings clarity to complexity, and drives meaningful, lasting improvement. The position centres on leading, coaching, and developing Home Managers and senior teams to deliver consistently high standards of care and performance, while strengthening clinical governance, compliance, and overall quality across all homes. A key focus will be supporting performance improvement and turnaround activity where required, alongside driving occupancy, financial performance, and sustainable growth. Success in the role will involve embedding a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, while building strong and trusted relationships with residents, families, regulators, and wider stakeholders.
