Location: City of Edinburgh
Tortilla in Edinburgh Forrest Road is seeking a General Manager to lead our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of guest experience, and drive performance with effective GP and labour control.
You will manage a passionate team, train and develop staff, and contribute to ambitious growth with internal progression. The role offers a competitive salary up to £38,000 per year plus a bonus of up to £10,000.
