If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional care, developing people and leading positive change, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

As Service Manager, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership for the service, ensuring older people receive the highest standards of care while creating an environment where colleagues feel supported to thrive. You’ll oversee every aspect of service delivery, from quality and compliance to people management and financial performance. Working closely with colleagues across Cross Reach and partner organisations, you’ll help shape services that respond to the changing needs of older people and their communities.

  • Building strong relationships with families, health and social care professionals and partner organisations.
  • Using service data, quality information and performance measures to inform decision making and improve outcomes.
  • Supporting the strategic direction of Cross Reach and contributing to the development of services within your locality.
About you

You’ll be a compassionate and confident leader who understands that exceptional care starts with exceptional people. You’ll know how to inspire teams, support colleagues to develop and create a culture where high standards and kindness go hand in hand.

You’ll be comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with strategic thinking and will have the confidence to make decisions that improve outcomes for the people we support, their families and your team.
