JOB TITLE: Marketing Communications Manager
SALARY: £61,344 - £68,160
LOCATION: Bristol, Edinburgh & Halifax
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

As a Marketing Manager in the Communications team, you'll lead the delivery of high-profile campaigns across our iconic brands - Lloyds, Bank of Scotland, and Scottish Widows.
What will I be doing?Media & Creative Campaign Delivery: leading the end-to-end delivery of integrated media and creative communications campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, driving brand and product growth, customer engagement and commercial performance.

What you'll needCampaign Leadership: A minimum 5+ years development and execution of end-to-end integrated comms delivery of high-profile, multi-channel campaigns incl AV, Social, Influencers, OOH, Print, Digital, Website and Internal activations. Manage workflows, partners, and agencies to deliver on time, on budget, and on brief, driving measurable impact.
Creative Development:
Proven ability to create bold, data-driven work with top agencies and senior customers, optimising performance through clear targets and continuous improvement.Media & Innovation:
Deep understanding of traditional and emerging media, leveraging data to test, scale, and stay ahead of changing customer behaviours.Collaboration & Leadership:
Skilled at navigating complex plans across diverse teams within a matrix organisation, bringing clarity, energy, and solutions to keep delivery on track.Controls & Governance:
Experienced in managing significant budgets and ensuring compliance with FCA and Group risk frameworks, maintaining the highest standards of governance and control.
