Edinburgh College is seeking an Organisation Development (L&D) Advisor to join our HR & OD team and drive learning initiatives that support our strategic ambitions.
This 0.5 FTE role is based primarily onsite at Milton Road and offers some flexibility to work one day from home each week. You will design and deliver development programmes, support change projects, and help foster a positive, high-performing culture.
