Veolia in Sheffield is seeking a senior operations leader to manage collections and wasteflow across multiple sites, taking full P&L ownership for a multimillion-pound contract. You will work with the Regional Director and GMs to maximise profitability, support tenders, pricing and procurement.
You will lead development for four direct reports and over 250 indirect staff, ensuring client requirements, reporting, and KPI delivery are met while maintaining high safety and environmental standards.
