We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, can successfully juggle multiple large‑scale projects, and enjoys turning ambitious plans into reality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing every stage of delivery from initial concept through to handover.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex capital, infrastructure and facilities projects.
  • Coordinate consultants, engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
  • Drive decision‑making, governance and project reporting.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs and variations.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, helping prioritise workload and deliver results.
Qualifications
  • A recognised Project Management qualification.
  • 6+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • Experience with in construction, engineering, infrastructure, estates, facilities or building services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading contractors, consultants and project teams.
  • Excellent financial and budget management capability.
  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
