Shelter Trading Edinburgh Tollcross is seeking a confident leader to step into the role of Community Shop Manager. You will be at the heart of the local community, shaping merchandising and customer experience in our Shelter shop.
Lead a team, recruit and develop staff, and actively engage with the community to grow the shop's contribution to Shelter's cause. The role combines people leadership with community-facing merchandising.
