The Body Shop is seeking a Team Leader to support the store management team by supervising Customer Consultants and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations, coaching staff and upholding our brand standards and campaigns.
You’ll monitor sales, train new team members, assist with recruitment, and handle opening/closing procedures and audits, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
