Leisure Employment Services is seeking a Bars Team Manager for a full-time, permanent role. You will lead our show bar operation, coaching your team, managing scheduling, budgets and cellar management, while remaining hands-on and guest-focused.
You’ll drive standards, safety and service quality, building a teams-led culture with opportunities for development. The role offers onsite accommodation subject to availability and T&Cs, and a bonus of up to 10% annually.
